This course provides students with a comprehensive experience in the management, marketing, and planning of business operations and live events. Students will explore the fundamentals of branding, licensing, finance, technology, and ethics in the modern workplace while gaining hands-on experience in event marketing and community engagement. Through collaboration with local businesses and organizations, students will plan, promote, and execute real-world events, developing professional skills in client communication, project management, and creative strategy. Students will also have the opportunity to earn college credit through Central Maine Community College (CMCC).
