Marketing I provides students with a comprehensive experience in planning and executing a community event. Students collaborate with local businesses, developing essential communication and client management skills while creating branding, promotional materials, and marketing strategies for a live event. Through this immersive project, students gain hands-on experience in event planning, client relations, and branding performance, with opportunities to earn Event Planning Certification through CVENT and college credit through Central Maine Community College (CMCC). This course equips students with practical skills for real-world marketing roles.
