This capstone course examines the intersection of law and business, covering topics such as torts, contracts, employment law, and consumer protection. Students develop critical thinking skills by analyzing case studies, writing legal arguments, and exploring dispute resolution. Emphasis on research and argumentation equips students for further studies in business law and provides practical skills for navigating the legal aspects of commerce.

Dual enrollment with Central Maine Community College is available, and students completing the program may earn up to 8 college credits at Keene State College.
