Bike Tech in School introduces students to bicycle mechanics while integrating core academic concepts in STEM. As the only high school program of its kind in the U.S., this course inspires lifelong engagement with cycling through hands-on projects that develop skills in systems diagnostics, service, and repair within the Transportation Sector of Career Technical Education. Students also gain career-building skills, including portfolio creation, resume writing, and interview techniques. By combining technical knowledge with real-world career preparation, students leave the course with a strong foundation for opportunities in the growing cycling industry.
