Hello My Name Is...
Joe Riddensdale
Hello, my name is Joe Riddensdale. I grew up in Swansea, Massachusetts. In 1983, I graduated from Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School in Fall River, Massachusetts, where I specialized in both Mechanical and Architectural Drafting. After high school I enrolled in the Engineering program at Southeastern Massachusetts University (now UMass Dartmouth) where I attended for one year before transferring to Bridgewater State University.
At Bridgewater State I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. After which, I was fortunate to have found a niche in the home improvement field where I spent the next 16 years employed in various capacities. This included a 10-year career at The Home Depot where I worked as a Home Improvement Sales Consultant, Unit Manager, and Project Manager. I also served as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy Reserves from 1985-1996 and was recalled to Active Duty during Operation Desert Storm in 1991.
I have three sons, a daughter, and three dogs. My family and I love the outdoors. I enjoy hiking, running, skiing, swimming, triathlons, refereeing soccer, and playing the drums.
